Pick-a-Flow fpeed selector offers flexibility to select the needed airflow - 3 options in 1 fan - 50, 80 or 110 CFM and can be adjusted with the flip of a switch. Dual sensor technology provides built in sensors for humidity and motion plus an adjustable delay timer from 30 seconds to 60 minutes for automatic moisture and odor control.

This fan functions in 3 ways: motion on/motion off, motion on/humidity off, humidity on/humidity off, auto shut off feature helps energy usage and operating costs. ECM motor with smartflow technology is designed to perform as rated giving optimum CFM output. Duct adapter enhances installation options and the built in damper reduces back drafts.
