This is a very heavy duty access panel. It was what I expected. Strong, flat, secure access panel. The panel has five latch points which keeps it flat when closed but seems excessive for the size of the panel. Door set in great easy to open and wide enough.. The opening in my ceiling was about 1/2 inch shorter than 30 inches long, so I had to shave off some of the drywall. However, once installed, it fit snugly. My only complaint is that there were no screws or other hardware to secure the panel to the ceiling beams but I had drywall screws in my toolbox. I would recommend this panel. Nice finish, well made, smooth operation.
